We source our wines from biodynamic, small producing vineyards with a commitment to preserving the Earth through the wine making process. All La Sirena wine producers honor the terroir though organic processes and mindful practices.

All of our wines are climate controlled in our dining room, and many are climate controlled all the the way from vineyard to table, like the wines of Jorge Ordonez from Spain, the Earth's largest grape growing region. Jorge’s goal is to champion and preserve his homeland’s wealth of indigenous grape varieties.

Another favorite wine maker is Heidi Barrett who makes La Sirena wines in Napa Valley. Recently featured in the documentary Decanted, Heidi comes from a line of vintners in Napa Valley and continues the lineage with her daughter who visits La Sirena in Cactus Alley for wine dinners.
